Welcome to CyNA ("App"), a cybersecurity intelligence, threat intelligence, news, alerts, advisories, and digital risk awareness platform operated by CTM360 W.L.L. ("CTM360", "we", "our", or "us").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CyNA mobile applications, websites, related services, content, and subscription offerings.
By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, subscribing to, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use CyNA, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information when requested.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
2. User Access Levels
CyNA provides different levels of access depending on user status and verification.
2.1 Guest Users
Users who have not signed in may access limited publicly available content, including:
- Cybersecurity news with Trending Topics
Access to additional functionality requires user registration and authentication.
2.2 Signed-In Users
Users who sign in using supported authentication methods, including Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In, where available, may access additional features, including:
- Cybersecurity news
- Vendor blogs
- CERT Advisories
- Vulnerability intelligence
- Other non-premium services made available within the App
2.3 Business Verified Users
Certain features require business verification. Business Verified Users retain all access privileges of Signed-In Users (as listed in Section 2.2) and gain additional access to:
- Notifications and alerts

Community member features:
- Limited access to CyNA Web Platform
- Limited access to the CTM360 Threat Intelligence Platform
- Premium subscription for Threat Actor Claims purchase options
To complete business verification, users may be required to provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Organization name
- Additional information reasonably required for verification
CTM360 reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, revoke, or re-evaluate business verification requests at its sole discretion.
2.4 Premium Subscribers
Premium Subscribers retain all access privileges of Business Verified Users (as listed in Section 2.3) and receive access to premium features and services available under their active subscription, including but not limited to:
- Premium Threat Actor Claims intelligence
- Full access to CyNA Web platform & CTI Web Platform
- Additional premium features are introduced from time to time
Premium access remains active only while the subscription is valid and in good standing.
3. Subscription Services
CyNA offers optional premium subscription services through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Premium subscriptions are available only to eligible Business Verified Users.
3.1 Available Subscription Plans
The App may offer the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
CyNA Premium Monthly
Subscription Length: One (1) Month
Price: USD $4.99 per month or local equivalent pricing displayed by the applicable marketplace
CyNA Premium Yearly
Subscription Length: One (1) Year
Price: USD $49.99 per year or local equivalent pricing displayed by the applicable marketplace
Actual pricing may vary based on country, region, currency, taxes, exchange rates, marketplace requirements, or promotional offers. These prices may also vary with additional premium features.
The final subscription price is displayed to the user before purchase confirmation.
3.2 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is disabled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the end of the current subscription period.
The applicable marketplace account will be charged for renewal within twenty-four (24) hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
The renewal charge will be at the then-current subscription price unless otherwise disclosed.
3.3 Subscription Management
Users may manage, modify, or cancel subscriptions through their marketplace account settings.
Apple App Store
To manage subscriptions:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your Apple ID.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select CyNA.
- Modify or cancel your subscription.
Google Play Store
To manage subscriptions:
- Open Google Play Store.
- Tap Profile.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select CyNA.
- Modify or cancel your subscription.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
3.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed exclusively by the applicable marketplace provider.
iOS Devices
Payments are processed by Apple through the Apple App Store.
Android Devices
Payments are processed by Google through the Google Play Store.
CTM360 does not collect, process, store, or have access to users' payment card information used for App Store or Google Play purchases.
3.5 Refunds
Subscription purchases are governed by the refund policies of the applicable marketplace.
Apple App Store Purchases
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.
Google Play Store Purchases
Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play in accordance with Google's refund policies.
CTM360 cannot issue refunds for purchases processed by the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
3.6 Subscription Feature Changes
CTM360 reserves the right to modify, expand, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue premium features and subscription offerings at any time.
Such changes do not automatically entitle users to refunds unless required by applicable law.
3.7 Promotional Offers and Free Trials
CTM360 may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional pricing, discounted subscription plans, complimentary access, limited-time trial periods, beta access, or other subscription incentives (collectively, "Promotional Offers") to eligible users.
Promotional Offers may provide access to premium features and services at reduced pricing or at no cost for a specified period and may differ from the standard subscription plans and pricing otherwise available through the App.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, Promotional Offers are temporary, non-transferable, and may be modified, suspended, withdrawn, or terminated by CTM360 at any time, subject to applicable law and marketplace policies.
Upon expiration, revocation, or termination of a Promotional Offer, the user's access to premium features may automatically cease and revert to the level of access associated with their applicable user status, including Community Member or other non-premium access tiers, unless the user purchases or maintains an active paid subscription.
Participation in a Promotional Offer does not create any entitlement to continued complimentary access, discounted pricing, or future promotional benefits.
4. License to Use the App
Subject to compliance with these Terms, CTM360 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the App;
- Attempt to bypass security controls;
- Circumvent subscription restrictions;
- Access unauthorized data or services;
- Interfere with App functionality;
- Upload malicious code;
- Misrepresent your identity or organization;
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute App content;
- Use the App for unlawful activities.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, logos, trademarks, reports, graphics, threat intelligence feeds, databases, analytics, and materials available through CyNA are owned by CTM360 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Users receive only a limited license to access and use the App.
No rights, title, or ownership are transferred to users.
7. Threat Intelligence Disclaimer
CyNA provides cybersecurity intelligence, risk monitoring, alerts, reports, assessments, and informational content.
While CTM360 strives to provide accurate and timely information:
- Information may change over time;
- Intelligence assessments may evolve as new evidence becomes available;
- Data accuracy cannot be guaranteed;
- Information may contain third-party content or sources.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating and validating information before making business, security, legal, compliance, operational, or financial decisions.
CyNA content should not be considered legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice.
8. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability
CTM360 may:
- Modify the App;
- Introduce new features;
- Remove features;
- Restrict access;
- Suspend services;
- Discontinue services;
at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or continuous availability of the App.
10. Termination
CTM360 may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if:
- These Terms are violated;
- Fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Business verification requirements are not met;
- Security concerns arise;
- Required legal obligations apply;
- Continued access presents operational risks.
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTM360 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY;
- AVAILABILITY;
- RELIABILITY;
- SECURITY;
- PERFORMANCE.
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTM360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;
- SPECIAL DAMAGES;
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
- LOSS OF PROFITS;
- LOSS OF REVENUE;
- LOSS OF BUSINESS;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
- SECURITY INCIDENTS ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON APP CONTENT.
CTM360'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR CyNA SUBSCRIPTIONS DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Apple App Store Terms
If you access or download the App through Apple's App Store:
- These Terms are between you and CTM360, not Apple Inc.;
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services;
- Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the App;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against users.

14. Google Play Store Terms
If you access or download the App through the Google Play Store:
- These Terms are between you and CTM360, not Google LLC;
- Google is not responsible for the maintenance or support of the App;
- Purchases are subject to Google Play billing and refund policies;
- Google may provide billing and subscription management services.

15. Changes to These Terms
CTM360 may revise these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
