By accessing or using the CyNA App, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Professional Use Only
CyNA is intended solely for professional and organizational use. You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes in the scope of your cybersecurity or situational awareness operations. Use of the platform for personal, recreational, or non-professional purposes is strictly prohibited.
2. Limited License and Access
CTM360 grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the CyNA app as per the scope outlined in your organization's subscription agreement.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content without written permission from CTM360.
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
- Use the content or platform for competitive benchmarking or commercial resale purposes.
3. Third-Party Content
CyNA aggregates news, alerts, and claims from third-party sources such as trusted cybersecurity news sites, social media, and select dark/deep web sources. CTM360 does not own this content, and all rights remain with the original publishers. External links and content are subject to those publishers’ terms.
4. No Redistribution
You shall not redistribute, relicense, resell, or share data, alerts, reports, or advisories provided within CyNA to third parties or external entities without prior written consent from CTM360. Any unauthorized distribution is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access.
5. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
All intellectual property, including reports, content, alerts, and data generated by CyNA, is owned by CTM360 WLL. You agree not to disclose any information obtained through the application to unauthorized parties.
CTM360 operates solely in the external threat intelligence space and does not access internal or confidential data of your organization. All data is collected from public, open-source, or authorized intelligence feeds.
6. Compliance and Privacy
CTM360, as a Bahrain-based organization, complies with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and adheres to all applicable data protection and cybersecurity regulations across geographies. Only user names and email addresses are collected for platform access. No personally identifiable information (PII) or confidential data is stored or processed by the CyNA app.
7. Modifications
CTM360 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the CyNA application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
8. Limitation of Liability
CTM360 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the CyNA platform. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
9. Disclaimers
CyNA and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement. CTM360 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, safety, or timeliness of third-party content or links.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
